1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of Sona Bet services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a suspension, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. Sona Bet uses technical measures to detect duplicate accounts, including device fingerprinting and payment method matching.

• Your account username and password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• You must notify Sona Bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Sona Bet will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to use your account — is not permitted.

Sona Bet reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in violation of these registration rules. In cases of fraud or deliberate misrepresentation, any balance in the account may be voided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Sona Bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Sona Bet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods. Sona Bet does not accept bank transfers, credit cards, or any international payment services.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit.
• Deposits are credited to your Sona Bet balance within minutes of a successful transaction.
• Sona Bet does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are outside our control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Most withdrawals are processed within one hour of the request being submitted.
• Sona Bet does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount you receive.
• Sona Bet may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Sona Bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion details, as well as the general bonus rules outlined here.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds are used first when placing bets.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• Sona Bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If Sona Bet determines that a player is abusing the bonus system — for example, by placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — the bonus may be voided and the account reviewed.
• Free spins and free bet bonuses are subject to the same wagering requirements as deposit bonuses unless otherwise stated.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on Sona Bet — including European Blackjack, Fierce Fishing, Fishing Disco, Fruit Shop, MT Live, WL Live, and Volleyball betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By playing any game on Sona Bet, you agree to abide by those rules.

Sona Bet uses certified random number generation (RNG) software for all applicable games. The outcomes of RNG-based games are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to their own fair play certifications.

• Sona Bet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player.

7 Prohibited Activities
